A student brought one of these to me after the PCUSA’s general assembly last summer, and I have been using it to frighten children ever since. But I didn’t realize until today that the Calvin cut-out mask was also available on the web so that everybody can make their own Unintentionally Terrifying Calvin mask to celebrate John Calvin’s upcoming 500th birthday (July 10, 2009).
There are probably better ways to spend the next 7 months preparing to celebrate Calvin’s 500th birthday: Read through the Institutes this year, for example, or use one of Calvin’s commentaries as a companion to your Bible study.
But the Zombie Calvin mask is a good start.
